END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Parental control software "Time Guardian" — Version: 1.0 | Date: August 31, 2026

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE
By installing, copying, or using the Time Guardian software, you accept all terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use this software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

The Licensor of the Software is Bartosz Wania, the creator of the Time Guardian software, conducting sales under Poland's unregistered-activity regime (hereinafter the "Licensor"). The Licensor grants the user (the "Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual (lifetime) license to install and run one (1) copy of the Software on one (1) personal computer running Windows.

2. PERMITTED USE

The Software is intended solely for the lawful monitoring of activity and management of screen time of the Licensee's own minor children, over whom the Licensee holds parental authority or legal guardianship, on devices owned or lawfully controlled by the Licensee.

3. PROHIBITIONS

The following are strictly prohibited, on pain of immediate license revocation:

a) Installing the Software on devices belonging to adults without their explicit, documented consent.
b) Using the program for unlawful monitoring of employees.
c) Reselling, renting, or transferring the License Key to third parties free of charge.
d) Decompiling, modifying, reverse engineering, or cracking the program's source code.

4. UPDATES

The license includes the right to download automatic updates to the Software released within the main version line (1.x).

5. PRIVACY AND DATA

The rules governing the processing of personal data, including data related to the use of monitoring features (including the storage of text message history for up to 7 days and screenshots for up to 1 hour on the Licensor's server, to enable remote management of the program), are described in a separate document: the Privacy Policy, available at timeguardian.pl/prywatnosc.pdf.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

With respect to Licensees who are Consumers, the Licensor's liability is governed by the provisions of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. With respect to entities other than consumers, the Software is provided "as is," and the Licensor's liability for any damages or data loss is entirely excluded and limited to the amount paid for the license.
